Special Visitors to Berri PS

Hailey interviewed Mrs Howie to find out who the visitors were.

Hailey is a Year 7 student who noticed the Greek students presenting puppet plays and Greek Dances to some visitors in our school. Hailey interviewed her Principal, Mrs Howie, to find out the facts.

Hailey: "Who were the special visitors to our school?"
Mrs Howie: "Our visitors were DETE personnel: Executive Director, Mr. Greg Robson; Ms Gail Martin; and Riverland District Director, Mr. Brian Featherston."

Hailey: "Why were they here?"
Mrs Howie: "Our visitors came to have a look at the great things about our school (such as the Greek language program), as well as to look at the terrible condition of some of our buildings."

Hailey: "How long were they here?"
Mrs Howie: "The visitors stayed for approximately two hours."

Hailey: "Will it help the school?"
Mrs Howie: "Hopefully it will help the school gain new buildings."
