Gathering Data to help set Priorities

Our leaders helped staff to recognise many ways data can help schools in their work

Principal Judith Howie recently invited Riverland School and PreSchool Improvement Coordinator Wendy Featherston to a staff meeting.

Ms Howie and Ms Featherston had attended a conference on data, and wanted to put their learning into practice in learning sites.

The staff were provided many opportunities to consider how effectively they can gather data to recognise what is working well in our school, and ways we can improve.

Staff are keen to work with their Principal and school community to collect meaningful data that can drive our priorities over the next 3-5 years.
