Safety Ambassadors complete training

Safety Ambassadors from Berri PS and Winkie PS completed their training

Special visitors to Berri PS included Senior Constable Caroline Brisow, Safety Assist leader Rono Sako, and Safe T Hound; along with Principal and students from Winkie Primary School.

Berri PS Safety Ambassador Micaela, along with deputy Sam; were able to complete a morning of training which included lots of safety discussion. Topics focussed on Personal Safety, including fire safety, safety in shopping centres, safety on bikes and safety when travelling.

Our students are now empowered to share their safety information at assemblies and through the newsletter, as well as with classes.
