Room 9

Room 9 is the home room of our Indigenous programs. Liz Makris , who is the Aboriginal Education Resource Teacher, teams well with Shane as they support Aboriginal students and their families in the school.

Our Aboriginal Community Edcuation Officer supports staff, students and parents in many ways. Our Indigenous students are given weekly support within various learning areas.

Staff promote and celebrate appropriate cultural events of significance with the guidance of the ACEO. Indigenous families are always welcome to the school and supported with issues relevant to their needs.
